Piru Manors Rental Agreement and Corporate Housing Policies

To maintain our 5-star standard across all properties, all guests must adhere to the following operational parameters.

  • Occupancy and Gatherings: Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
  • Locals Policy: We maintain a strict locals policy to ensure a quiet environment. Local residents must receive pre-approval before booking. If a local books without prior authorization, the reservation may be canceled.
  • Neighborhood Friendly Conduct: We respect our neighbors. Disturbing the neighbors with loud music, outdoor parties, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. Any complaints from neighbors will be addressed immediately and may result in an immediate eviction and cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
  • Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking, vaping, and recreational drug use are strictly prohibited indoors and anywhere on the premises. Violating this policy will result in a $250 daily mitigation fee.
  • Pet Policy: We are a dog-friendly portfolio. Approved dogs require a pre-authorized $200 fee. Cats and other animals are not permitted. Bringing an undisclosed pet onto the property will incur an automatic $200 penalty.
  • Identity and Security: For any bookings made within 24 hours of arrival, a valid driver’s license must be submitted prior to property access. Guests affirm they possess a crime-free record and will not bring weapons onto the premises.
  • Operational Penalties: Unauthorized late checkouts disrupt our turnover teams and will incur a $50 per hour fee if you remain on the property past the deadline. A violation of any house rules can lead to immediate removal from the property without a refund.
